- All prices quoted are effective as from 1 July 2010 and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- All prices are exclusive of V.A.T. which will be charged at the appropriate UK rate.
- All EU customers who do not supply a valid tax number will be charged UK tax (currently at 20%).
- All goods are subject to availability.
- A administrative charge of 15% will be charged on all returned goods for refund other than faulty goods.
- Credit facilities are not granted to any customers.
- All orders are supplied on a proforma basis only.
- All goods remain the property of Stylex and title is not transferable until full payment has been made.
- UK Shipments: carriage is charged at the rate of £12.50 + VAT per carton for all deliveries to UK mainland. Shipments to Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man will be charged at the appropriate rate.
- Export Shipments: carriage charges are based on weight and size of shipments accordingly.
- All export shipments incur an additional insurance charge of £1.50 per carton.
- All foreign bank transfer payments will incur a £15.00 bank charge.
- All foreign credit card payments will incur a 1% charge to the nearest pound.
- Stylex no longer accepts payments made by cheque.
- Minimum order value is £150.00 nett.
